To assist the Caregiver with legal requests, the Legal Document Repository includes location-specific educational links, templates, and legal referrals such as simple wills, powers of attorney and advance directives). More complex matters may be resolved through limited access with a licensed attorney or paralegal. The Concierge can make referrals to these resources for Caregivers who have an authorization from the VA Caregiver Program. As documents are available, they will be shown here.
